400g Wagyu Rump 4-5+ $67
A beautifully marbled Wagyu Rump, grilled to juicy perfection and served with a rich Red Wine Jus on the side. Paired with a fluffy Baked Potato loaded with Sour Cream and Chives, plus a crisp Caesar Salad for balance. Big, bold and deeply satisfying.

Fichi Salumi Formaggi $33
A rich Napoli Sauce base layered with Native Pepper Berry Salami, creamy Fior Di Latte and sharp Gorgonzola, finished with sweet Figs, Candied Pecans and Rocket. Drizzled with Hot Honey for a sweet yet savoury heat that pulls everything together.

Coffee Stone $22
A soft caramel hazelnut and flourless chocolate cake wrapped in smooth coffee mascarpone mousse, sealed in a crisp chocolate shell. Finished with warm Baileys chocolate sauce, chocolate soil, delicate meringue and fresh raspberries for contrast. Rich, layered and unapologetically indulgent.
