Built with premium Dry-Aged AMH Rib Fillet, rich Bacon Lard Mayo, Provolone Cheese, Lerch Farm Beetroot, Peppered Rocket, Aged Apple Balsamic, Tomato, Stone and Wood Buttered Onions, inside a House Made Turkish Bun, served with Rustic Chips.

🍰 Mille-Feuille $18
Presented by our First-Year Apprentice Chef, Nash Robertson, this Mille-Feuille marks his very first special in his career.
Chocolate, Cream, Mascarpone, Cinnamon, Sugar, Vanilla, Puff Pastry, Egg, Berry Coulis, Strawberries and Pistachio are combined to create a beautifully balanced dessert.
