More Than Just a Pizza Courtyard
When Alphonsus Pizza was introduced to The Glen Hotel, the vision was to create an authentic Italian-inspired courtyard where guests could enjoy exceptional food, watch skilled pizzaiolos at work, gather with family and friends, and become part of the dining experience itself.
Today, the Alphonsus Pizza Courtyard is home to wood-fired ovens imported from Naples, Italy, an open kitchen experience, and one of Brisbane’s most unique outdoor dining settings.
While many guests know the space for its authentic Wood-Fired Pizza, the courtyard also offers access to The Glen Hotel’s full restaurant menu, where guests can enjoy the complete dining experience within the award-winning courtyard.
