🫒 Alphonsus Grazing Plate $33
Wood-Fired Pillow Bread meets Marinated Bocconcini, Roman Artichoke, Squid Ink Black Truffle Salami, Wagyu Bresaola, and Gochugaru-Spiced Salami. Finished with Pickled Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, Sicilian Green Olives, Guindillas, topped with a drizzle of Olive Oil.
This one’s made for picking, grazing and accidentally ordering another round.

🔥 Wagyu Salami Sando $28
After a strong run in March, we couldn’t say goodbye just yet.
Our latest Sando is stacked inside warm Folded Pizza Bread and layered with rich Wagyu Salami, creamy Byron Bay Bocconcini, juicy Heirloom Tomatoes and Rocket. Pesto and a drizzle of Olive Oil tie it all together, served alongside Rustic Chips. It’s staying around for good reason.
