This January, our kitchen is serving a limited-time line-up designed to celebrate bold flavours, refined technique and peak-season produce.
Crispy Skinned Duck Breast $43
A beautifully balanced winter-meets-summer plate featuring crispy skinned duck breast served with silky parsnip purée, blackberry sauce, asparagus and fresh watercress. Finished with freeze-dried mandarin and a crisp fried duck pancake for texture and depth.

La Trifolata Nera $34
A bold Italian-inspired pizza built on squid ink dough and layered with garlic oil, mushroom trifolati, smoked fior di latte and black truffle salami. Finished with chiodini mushrooms, stracciatella, fresh rocket and olive oil.
