This month’s October Specials at The Glen Hotel bring together hearty comfort food, bold Italian flavours, and indulgent sweet treats — all available for a limited time only.

On The Deck, warm up with our Braised Beef Cheek. Slow-braised in rich Asian Stock, paired with Nam-Jin dressing, Broccolini, Fried Garlic and Shallots, Smashed Kipfler Mustard Potatoes, and Watercress — a dish that’s as comforting as it is refined.

At Alphonsus Pizza, we’re serving up two very special creations:

Rigatoni Amatriciana — Napoli sauce with White Wine, Pancetta, Onion, Olives, Nduja, Stracciatella, Garlic, and Olive Oil, served with our signature House-Made Bread.

And back by popular demand, The Spicy Roo! After selling out in September, this crowd favourite returns with Braised Kangaroo, Nduja, Caramelised Onion, Spinach, Stracciatella, Lotus Chips, and Fior Di Latte on a Napoletana base.

For dessert in The Parlor, indulge in the nostalgic charm of our Neapolitan. A Vanilla Sponge Cake with Strawberry Coulis, encased in a Milk Chocolate Dome, served with Vanilla Bean Gelato and Flake — the perfect sweet finish.

And to pair with it all, our Cocktail of the Month continues — the Fiery Espresso Martini. Bold, smooth, and with just the right kick.
